  5. How much does it cost to start the home building process?
    6. $1,000 to secure lot
    $4,000 upon signing
    $5,000 during excavating process
    $10,000 under framing and roofing
    $20,000 total

  6. Do you have any homes that are complete now?

  7. Do you have in-house lending?
    8. No. But, we have a preferred lender, GMAC, they know the process inside and out.
